How to request and set up a new SystmOne Hub
Request new ODS Code
Request a new ODS code from NHS Digital by completing the Site Request Form form below and emailing to exeter.helpdesk@nhs.net
Site Request forms must be submitted by an OC1 contact - currently Dr Jonathan Duffy and James Harley
The LIVI ODS code will be used for the Unit ID (NHS Spine Endpoint and Smartcard). The NHS Partner must provide a PPA ID code for Electronic Prescriptions. See here for more information on ODS Codes and configuration.
New GP HUB Request
Once an ODS code has been created by NHS Digital complete the TPP New GP Hub request form and email to deployments@tpp-uk.com
If there isn’t a contract in place, please provide the below details:
- Authority's name
- Authority's address
- Authority main contact name
- Authority main phone number
- Authority main email address
