Managing Practice Information

  • Practice Info: Click on "Practice info" in the sidebar.

    • Core Details: Update the practice's core details such as name, address, CQC, and contact information.
    • Opening Times: Set and update the practice's opening hours. When adding the time, you need to use the 24hour time format (i.e. 13:00, not 1pm). On the website, it will show as 12hr.

Managing the Website

Change Practice: Switch between different practices if you manage more than one.


View Website: Preview the practice's public-facing website

Page Management

Page Explorer: Customise pages with any information relevant to your practice's website. This will appear in the "About Us" section of your practice website.


Staff Profiles

Staff Profiles: Add, edit, or remove staff profiles. These appear in the "About Us" section of your practice website.



 

News and Updates

News Posts: Create and manage news posts to keep patients informed about the latest updates.



Custom Content

Custom Content: Add or edit custom content for the practice's website.

Feedback

Friends and Family Test (FFT): Manage feedback collected from patients through the Friends and Family Test.


Policies

Policies: Add and update practice policies accessible to patients.



Patient Participation Group

Patient Participation Group: Manage information related to the patient participation group.


 

Support

Support: Access support resources or contact Livi support for assistance.
