Description:
On the 31th of August we noticed we had not been getting delivery receipts back from EE/Soprano since the 29th. We managed to find and resolve the issue at 4:45pm.

Issue: Messages and Replies not working

Description:
During the evening on the 8th we started having power failures on a machine hosting a core database. We recovered this around 5pm on Friday. Messages would have been sent after 5pm due to this issue.
We apologise for the inconvenience this caused.

Issue: Smart Messages not being delivered
Affects: All sites with Smart

Description:
After 1:30pm on the 5th of June Smart Messages failed to correctly send, and thus will show as sent but not delivered in your mjog. The issue did not occur after the 5th of June, on the 7th the issue was identified and steps were put in place to prevent it from happening. Apologies for any inconvenience this has caused.

Description:
Following EMIS update 9.15.0.000 several sites are reporting errors where MJog tries to import data from Emis. We are aware of the problem, and have raised it with Emis support. This may affect both appointment reminders and the coding of batch messaging. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
