Description:
Our engineers spoke with EMIS to resolve the issues we were getting preventing us from importing appointment reminders.
This should now be resolved and we will continue to monitor to confirm.

Issue: Messages not sending

Description:
A change implemented by our service provider AWS caused a knock-on effect which caused messages between 18:00 on 22/08/24 and 9:15 on 23/07/24 to fail to send.
This has since been rectified and the system will attempt to resend any messages from within this time period.
We apologise for the inconvenience this caused.

Description:
A problem was identified on our messaging server which stopped messages sending between 16:30 on 11/07/24 and 10:30 on 12/07/24.
This has since been rectified and the system will attempt to resend any messages from within this time period.

Issue: Appointment Reminders sending with wrong time

Description:
We were told at 14:30 that sites are seeing issues with their appointment reminders incorrectly showing the time as an hour before the appointment.
The issue was fixed for new appointments at around 6pm on the 14th
The issue was fixed for all appointments in the mjog database by at least 3pm on the 15th after a fix was applied at 1pm

Description:
We noticed that appointment reminders for some cloud sites for the 23rd - 24th were incorrectly being set as not required. This caused the appointment reminders for those days to not send. This has since been resolved and shouldn't affect further reminders.

Description:
On the 31th of August we noticed we had not been getting delivery receipts back from EE/Soprano since the 29th. We managed to find and resolve the issue at 4:45pm.

Description:
During the evening on the 8th we started having power failures on a machine hosting a core database. We recovered this around 5pm on Friday. Messages would have been sent after 5pm due to this issue.

Issue: Smart Messages not being delivered

Description:
After 1:30pm on the 5th of June Smart Messages failed to correctly send, and thus will show as sent but not delivered in your mjog. The issue did not occur after the 5th of June, on the 7th the issue was identified and steps were put in place to prevent it from happening. Apologies for any inconvenience this has caused.

Description:
Following EMIS update 9.15.0.000 several sites are reporting errors where MJog tries to import data from Emis. We are aware of the problem, and have raised it with Emis support. This may affect both appointment reminders and the coding of batch messaging. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
