This article explains how to turn appointment reminders on or off, and how to change other message delivery options.
You can configure how many days in advance of an appointment you would like to send reminders, and also turn appointment reminders on or off as needed.
Other settings allow you to configure when Mjog should check for new, changed or deleted appointments, and whether appointment reminders can be delivered via Smart, Email and Voice (depending on your subscriptions).

When to send Text reminders
- From the Home Page of Mjog, click Settings:
- Select the Messages tab:
- Click Change when my messages are sent:

Turning appointment reminders on / off
You can select how many days in advance of an appointment you would like to send the reminders.
You can uncheck the boxes for any days that you do not wish to send text messages on. Typically, it is best to uncheck any days when patients cannot contact you about their appointment.
Confirmation Messages
In addition to the appointment reminder messages, Confirmation messages can be sent. A confirmation message is sent when an appointment is booked (if the appointment is within the next 7 days).
You can also configure how close to the appointment reminder when the confirmation message is sent.
