How to send a copy of a previously sent Batch Message
This article explains how to copy and previously sent batch message.
If you want to copy a previously sent Batch Message, i.e. to save time adding coding when sending a new batch message, you can do this by accessing your Sent messages.
On this page:
Accessing a sent batch message
- From the Home Page of Mjog, click Batch messages:
- Select the Sent tab:
- Click the sent message:
Copying a Batch Message
- Click Copy batch message:
When you have copied a batch message, you can then send a new one.
You will need to do the following:
- Upload a new patient list
- Select a delivery date
Any coding will be kept from the original message.
