Mjog is showing an error message
If your Mjog is showing an error message not related to NHSmail, it is most likely that you just need to restart the computer that your Mjog is installed on. This may not be the one you are using to access Mjog. Check and find which computer in your practice Mjog was originally installed on. When you have found it, when convenient to do so, restart it. Guidance on how to restart your computer can be found here.
Once the computer has restarted, wait 20 minutes, then log into your Mjog and check whether the error message has cleared. If not, contact support, let them know that you have restarted the computer but the error message hasn’t cleared.
