I can't log into MJog

If you are having problems logging into MJog and you are sure that you have the correct log in details. If your Internet Explorer web browser has been updated recently, your AutoComplete settings may not be working correctly and will need resetting. Please follow this guide to clear your AutoComplete settings.

Firstly, make sure the computer MJog is installed on is switched on. This may not be the one you normally use to access MJog. Check which computer in your practice MJog was originally installed on and switch it on, or if it’s already on then restart it.

If you still can’t access your MJog, contact our Support Team with the issue “cannot access MJog”.
