Message Delivery Status

MJog Delivery Status

Shortly after a message is due to be sent the status should change in MJog from ‘Awaiting Delivery’ to ‘Sent’. A while later once MJog has received notification from the mobile networks that the message has been delivered, the status should change to ‘Delivered’. Alternatively, the network may say that the message could not be delivered and the status would change to ‘Failed’.

Your MJog has not received any ‘Delivered’ status changes for some time which hints at a possible problem with the sending of messages or general communication.

Troubleshooting steps:

1. Try closing all programs on the machine where MJog is installed and restart this machine.

2. Wait at least one hour, if the error is still displayed then you should contact MJog support.
