Appointment Import Failure

Periodically MJog will ‘import’ appointment information from your Patient Administration System (PAS). MJog uses this information to determine which appointment reminders are required.

If for any reason MJog cannot ‘import’ the appointment reminders, MJog will not be able to check for new appointments and send out the appointment reminder messages.

Troubleshooting steps:

1. Try closing all programs on the machine where MJog is installed and restart this machine.

2. Wait at least one hour, if the error is still displayed then you should contact MJog support.
