This article will will guide you through the steps to set up your S1 connector tunnel
Background
Mjog primarily operates through highly secure Health and Social Care Network (HSCN) connections in the cloud, which offer a safe and efficient platform for managing healthcare data. Nevertheless, adhering to specific clinical system requirements is crucial to ensure seamless synchronisation of patient and appointment information between Mjog and the healthcare provider's clinical system.
For TPP SystmOne integration, it is imperative that all third-party solutions connect to a physical computer at the healthcare provider's facility. Referred to as the "Gateway" by TPP, this machine must be powered on and logged into SystmOne for Mjog services to successfully synchronise data between both systems.
TPP stipulates that the "Gateway" computer must be a dedicated device housed in a server room or back office, and it should not be utilised as a terminal for end-users. This setup guarantees continuous accessibility and caters to the technical requirements of SystmOne and third-party product architecture.
To establish a connection between Mjog and SystemOne, a specialized Mjog/SystemOne connector tool must be installed on the "Gateway" PC. Upon installation, this tool enables secure and efficient data exchange between the two systems, ensuring that patient and appointment information remains consistently accurate and up-to-date. This connection is crucial for maintaining the highest level of patient care and service delivery within the healthcare provider's organization.
Please note that in order to install the Mjog/SystemOne connector tool on the "Gateway" PC, you will need to have administrative rights. This ensures that you have the necessary permissions to install software and make changes to the system configuration as needed for the successful integration of the two systems.
