Why are there only six items in the navigation bar?
The navigation bar has been rigorously tested to ensure that it meets both patient needs and NHS recommendations.
One of the key advantages of Livi's Practice Websites is that they have been optimised to help patients quickly find the information that they are looking for. This has the following benefits:
- improves patient satisfaction
- reduces the amount of phone calls that the practice receives.
We have worked closely with teams in NHS England to design the structure of the websites, which is shared across all of Livi's Practice Websites. The initial design was tested with patients, and we continue to review website analytics to ensure that patients are finding the information they need.
