Access the Livi Consultation template and reports (SystmOne)

How to join the Livi Organisation Group within SystmOne in order to access the Consultation template and associated clinical reports for activities.

The following steps must be undertaken by someone within the organisation that has System Administrator rights in SystmOne. 

SystmOne may freeze periodically whilst undertaking these steps

Go to: Setup > Users & Policy > Organisation Groups 

Untick Only show groups this organisation has joined 

Scroll through the list until you find the folder named Central London

Click on the V to expand the folder 

Right click on Livi SystmOne Group 

Click Join Group 

You will automatically join the group and be approved 

To check if you are a member, at the bottom of the screen it will display when you joined the group
