You can edit some pages yourself, through the Practice Manager Dashboard. For other pages, you'll need our help to make changes.

How can I change a page on my website?

Yes, you can. For now, you may need our help with this. We're always developing our platform, and you should be able to add pages yourselves later this year.

Can I add a page to my website?

After conducting tests with pilot sites, we found that "Contact the surgery online" is more effective

Why has the "Get help and advice online" tile changed?

Practice Websites by Livi are designed to minimise the effort required to maintain your website. As a result, some changes can only be made by our development team.
