These steps need to be carried out by somebody with Administrative rights for SystmOne
Go to Setup > Users & Policy > Organisation Preferences...
Scroll down to Clinical Policy
Expand Clinical Policy by clicking on the V
Scroll down to Sharing
Ensure that "Do not allow tasks to be sent from or to this unit if the patient has not consented to sharing" is UNTICKED
Click Ok
