The following steps must be undertaken by someone within the organisation that has System Administrator rights in SystmOne.
SystmOne may freeze periodically whilst undertaking these steps
Go to: Setup > Users & Policy > Organisation Groups
Untick Only show groups this organisation has joined
Scroll through the list until you find the folder named Central London
Click on the V to expand the folder
Right click on Livi SystmOne Group
Click Join Group
You will automatically join the group and be approved
To check if you are a member, at the bottom of the screen it will display when you joined the group
